My name is Matea, and I am the founder of Rooted Within Wellness and Rooted GLOW.

Rooted Within Wellness was born from a passion for helping others heal, grow, and thrive. As a mother, wellness professional, advocate, and lifelong learner, I understand the importance of caring for the mind, body, and spirit as a whole.

What began as a dream has grown into a mission: creating products, resources, and services that support wellness from the inside out.
