Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1β3 business days (MondayβFriday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number.

Our 30-Day Return Guarantee
We want you to love every product you receive from Rooted Within Wellness. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at hello@rootedwithinwellness.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1β2 business days
- Pack your items securely and ship them back to us
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5β7 business days
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Gift cards
- Sale items marked as final sale
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund β your choice, no questions asked.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5β7 business days for processing after we receive your return, plus additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
